Returns & Refund Policy – Chavamade
At Chavamade, every item is created with prayerful care and attention. We want you to feel confident and cared for in your purchase. Because many of our products are handmade and include consumable goods such as teas, our return policy is designed to protect both your safety and the integrity of our products.
🌿 Consumable Products (Tea & Food Items)
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used teas.
If your tea arrives:
• damaged in transit
• incorrect from what you ordered
• with a quality concern
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@chavamade.com with a photo and description. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
🎁 Non-Consumable Items
(books, apparel, accessories, gift items)
• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
💛 Handmade Nature
Many Chavamade items are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color or design. These small differences are part of the beauty of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We’re so sorry if something arrives less than perfect. Please email us at hello@chavamade.com with:
• your order number
• a photo of the item and packaging
• a brief description
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
• opened teas or consumable goods
• digital products
• custom or personalized items
• final sale items
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
